Bookings and Payment
Make initial contact via email, WhatsApp or Messenger to book an appointment. You need to be over the age of 18.
The initial tarot reading can only be offered online. This is due to safeguarding. Clients are welcome to attend in person for the second reading.
Payment must be made by bank transfer to secure the booking. Send a WhatsApp or Messenger message to confirm you have made the payment. I will use WhatsApp or Messenger to send you pictures of the cards during the reading.
When payment has been made I will send you the Zoom link via email. I recommend using a laptop or tablet for the Zoom call. However, some clients will use their phone for the Zoom call and viewing the cards. It works well.
Log on using the Zoom link at the booked time to make the most of the full session. Most sessions are around an hour but may occasionally go to 75 minutes.
Healthy Boundaries and Cancellations
Clients are expected to be polite and respectful at all times, dressed appropriately and respect the boundaries of this professional service.
If you need to cancel you need to give 24 hours notice or the fee will still be charged. Sunday is not a working day so any cancellations for a Monday appointment need to be made the Saturday before at the latest. If you cancel in time we can reschedule a new appointment.

In accordance with the law I must point out that all tarot readings are given primarily for entertainment purposes only. However, clients take very deep insights and learning from these reading sessions that help them in their relationships, work, business and decision-making. The reading is specifically for the here-and-now position you are in in your life. Once you leave your free will is at liberty to change the trajectories and life pathways that were identified in the reading. You are responsible for your own life choices and decisions.
I am not qualified to give legal, financial, medical or any other advice. If clients require advice of any kind you should seek a suitable licensed professional in those fields.
In the United Kingdom, tarot reading practices fall under Consumer Protection Laws. I have to make sure clients are aware of the nature of the services I offer. You need to know what to expect from a tarot reading:
Tarot readings do not predict future events but instead outline potential trajectories clients may want to fulfil based on past and present situations. I cannot clarify clients diagnoses (mental or physical issues),
Clients have the right to approach me for a refund if I fail to provide the services they paid for. In those rare circumstances clients simply need to address their concerns with valid justification in writing with their bank details so I can process a refund.

- Readings are in confidence between the client, the reader and TABI.
- Readings aim to help the client take charge of their own life.
- Clients will be treated equally and with respect.
- Readers will be open-minded, honest and non-judgmental.
- If appropriate, readers will suggest that clients consult a qualified professional. (e.g. health or legal professional.)
- When a fee is due, the amount will be agreed prior to the reading.
- If at any time a reader feels unable to complete a reading, they will withdraw tactfully.
- Readings will not knowingly be given to clients aged under 18 years without permission from their parent or guardian.
- Readings cannot be given about anyone other than the client, and questions relating to others (e.g. third parties, such as partners, family members, colleagues, etc.) will be re-phrased or declined.
Confidentiality and GDPR Policy
According to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK Data Protection Act 2018 your information is protected and used responsibly.
- The only data I hold for you is your contact phone number on my phone for WhatsApp or Messenger and your email address. These are protected behind passwords. I do not hold clinical notes of our conversations unless you are a counselling, hypnotherapy or coaching client. In this case there would be a formal contract and consultation form for this work.
- I do not pass your contact details to a third party.
- You may request the removal of your contact from WhatsApp, Messenger or email at any time by contacting me in writing.
- For improving my services and skills I do take my client work to supervision to discuss ethics, accuracy and skill development with a senior or more experienced Tarot Reader. I may share some of my client work to help me improve. I never disclose personal names or personal information – your work is kept strictly confidential.
